Returns

At Lakehouse Outfitters, we take pride in offering high value quality products to our customers. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement. If, within 7 days your are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund or merchandise exchange of the merchandise value.

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Personalized or special order items
  • Holiday themed items
  • Furniture and/or other items shipped via freight
  • Final Sale merchandise

You may return merchandise through the mail or in person at any of our locations for a refund or replacement. If you have additional questions about returning items though the mail, please contact us at Orders@LakehouseOutfitters.com or call us at 214-766-8868

When mailing your return:

  1. Repack the item in original box when possible
  2. Write “return” at the bottom of the duplicate packing slip provided in your shipment and include it with the items you are returning. Also be sure your order number is written on the packing slip.
  3. We recommend insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Lakehouse Outfitters cannot assume responsibility for items that do not arrive, or arrive damaged.
